PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 6/1/23 to 6/30/23, unless otherwise noted. If we decide to withdraw this Promotion, this will not impact the promotion claim you completed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal takes place.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

This Promotion is open to players located in the applicable state at the time of wagering, 21 years of age or older, and placing their first deposit into their online BetMGM account between 6/1/23 and 6/30/23.
Employees of BetMGM (the Promoter), any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter, or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
Please note that online customers claiming this Promotion will not be eligible to receive any other New Customer welcome promotion offer.

HOW TO CLAIM THIS PROMOTION

To claim this Promotion, you must sign up for BetMGM. After completing your BetMGM account registration and verification, you will receive a $50 Sports Bonus. No deposit needed to receive the $50 Sports Bonus, which will be added to your account balance after successfully completing your KYC verification.
There is a 1x wagering requirement on Sports when using the bonus received from this promotion.
You have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement of your bonus. Sports wagers with odds greater than -200 contribute towards the wagering requirement (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.). All qualifying sports wagers need to be placed and settled during the 30-day period in order to complete the wagering requirement.
After successfully completing your first deposit of at least $100, you will also earn a 20,000 BetMGM Rewards Points bonus, equal to $250 in online bonuses or MGM Rewards Points. (See Instructions For Your BetMGM Rewards Points section).

RESTRICTIONS ON SPORTS BONUS

To receive the $50 Sports Bonus, player must sign up for BetMGM and successfully complete both their registration and verification. The $50 bonus will be automatically credited to the player’s account balance after successfully completing their KYC verification.
Sports Bonus match amount not to exceed maximum offered amount.
Both the deposit must be made, and Sports Bonus must be used, during the promotional period.
$50 Bonus can be used on BetMGM Sports.
Both the Sports Bonus and the winnings associated with the promotion are restricted until the player completes the wagering requirement. Sports Bonus is wagered first, followed by the deposit amount. Upon completion of the wagering requirement, any winnings will be credited to player’s cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the cash balance.
In order to cash out the remaining deposit amount prior to completing the wagering requirement, the player must first opt out of the promotion.
To cash out the Sports Bonus and associated winnings, player must complete the wagering requirement.
Sports wagers with odds greater than -200 contribute towards the wagering requirement. Minimum of -200 odds for each applicable sports wager to be eligible (-200, -150, +150, +200, etc.).
Player cannot bet on both sides of the same betting market in order to complete the wagering requirement. Betting on both sides will not contribute towards the wagering requirement and could lead to dropping of the Sports Bonus.
The wagering requirement for the Bonus on sports is 1x the Bonus amount. For every $1 in Bonus, player must wager $1.
Player has 30 days following Sports Bonus activation to complete the wagering requirement. Sports Bonus and winnings associated with the promotion expire on the 30^th day following activation at 11:59 PM.
Player always has the ability to opt out of a bonus at any time.
Players can opt in to multiple bonuses at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wagering requirements or release restrictions for one bonus at a time. Wagering requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus, unless the player pauses said bonus and resumes play on another bonus in the Bonus tab. Players can pause and resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.
Should player opt out of this bonus, or the earn-out period expires prior to completing the wagering requirement, the Sports Bonus and winnings derived from the Sports Bonus will be removed from player’s account.
BetMGM reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation, if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR BETMGM REWARDS POINTS

The BetMGM Rewards Points earned during this promotion will be credited to the player’s account and will not count towards a player’s next loyalty tier level.
To qualify for the 20,000 BetMGM Rewards Points, player must make a minimum single first deposit of at least $100.
The BetMGM Rewards Points will be credited immediately upon meeting deposit requirements.
BetMGM Rewards Points can be redeemed in the BetMGM Rewards Store toward bonus credits for digital play at BetMGM or converted into MGM Rewards Points for room nights and experiences at over 20 MGM Resort properties in Las Vegas and nationwide. BetMGM Rewards Points are only earned by playing at BetMGM.

We reserve the right to change or end any BetMGM Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the Bonus Bets available.
